The Bootstrap Web Subgroup (aka Web 2.0 Subgroup) is for founders of bootstrap businesses who have an interest in web technology. You don't have to have a web company per se - we all use the web as part of our business. Participation in our monthly meetings and ongoing online conversations is a great way to get and remain knowledgeable about best practices and new technologies. Subgroup leader is Jon Lebkowsky, jonl ~at~ socialwebstrategies dot com.

Membership in the Bootstrap Web Subgroup is free, and joining is easy: Yahoo Group for the Web Subgroup

  • P2Web - A new model that blurs the boundaries between the desktop and the web*

Will all our data eventually move into the cloud or is some of it just too private, transient, or large? Do we have to trade-off the richness of the desktop for the ubiquity of the web? Come learn about a new model that extends the definition of the cloud and brings together the best of the desktop and the web.
