If you’re counting on your Web site to generate leads or sales for your bootstrap business, then you need to add the term “conversion” to your vocabulary. “Conversion” is the process of turning Web visitors into leads and sales. Brian Massey has defined it as the process of organizing what you know about your customers so that you make good decisions about what you put on your Web site.

Mr. Massey will show you how conversion can simultaneously increase business and minimize marketing costs. He will also supply you with free tools that for testing and measuring the success their conversion rates. Finally, he will touch on the important strategies for converting traffic to leads and sales over time.
